Richard Fitt is Managing Director of SalesForce Strategies, founded to help companies become customer-centered, resulting in increased sales leads and more sales revenue.

Richard has over 20 years of sales and business development experience in the hospitality industry, franchise sales and development, and enterprise software sales. His previous role was with Oracle’s Emerging Markets Organization – a business unit exclusively dedicated to providing companies $50M and under in annual revenue with the technology needed to engender success. Richard’s consultative approach focused on gaining a clear understanding of customer needs and matched them to Oracle’s complex and ever-increasing solution and product sets.

As Managing Director of SalesForce Strategies, Richard will be working with companies, large and small alike, to help them initiate and propel positive change by optimizing the success of their sales force; by maximizing that sales force’s return on effort through innovative technology and consultation.

Craig Stark is a Co-Founder of SalesForce Strategies and is responsible for developing and deploying client strategic and architectural blueprints pertaining to social media strategy and the deployment of web 2.0 platforms and technologies.

Craig is President of Change Impetus Group Inc. a mid market consultancy offering creative business development solutions. Craig also founded Social Media Wave with partnerships in all the key foundations of social media marketing and analytics.

Craig’s extensive experience in business development includes direct sales, channel partner and distribution sales, partner marketing and M+A experience. His latest roles as business development manager were with start ups such as eCommerce Inc. and sales/territory manager for large corporations such as Banyan Systems, Microsoft, 3Com and Bell Canada. He has worked in the high technology marketplace with experience in manufacturing, distribution, insurance, accounting, telecommunications and media sectors.

Craig is a Certified Engineering Technologist in Electronics Engineering and has many years of professional development certifications in sales, marketing and business. Craig is a hands on web 2.0 developer and has experience with all web 2.0 and social media platforms.

Robert Cook is a Co-Founder of SalesForce Strategies and is responsible for business development, strategic technology partner relationships and heads the consulting practice.

Robert is a global business leader with over 35 years experience in corporations, such as, Bell Canada, General Electric, AT&T, Westinghouse, Northrop Grumman, and British Telecom. His career includes roles at executive and board levels, and has led regional, national and international sales teams. He is the founder and Managing Director of Blackstone Gates, an international management firm, which works independently for management, helping define the challenges between the business and their markets and to understand the impact of chosen business options, given the emerging and changing market conditions. Robert continues in executive roles with a variety of start-up ventures and SME businesses.

 Robert has served as on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Distance Learning Centre (Alberta), Fittings Inc. (Secretary), and Symbols Interactive Media. Mr. Cook holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University in Montreal.

Robert often participates as a keynote speaker on industry issues, competitiveness and global market development and is regularly invited to speak at industry conferences.
