He directed the Operations Research Division of the BC Research Corporation before founding innovativeinfo in 1996. Throughout his career, John's ideas ond products have helped industry leaders build their markets and revenues; brands who've benefited include AT&T Wireless, the 2010 Winter Olympic Games Secretariat, Microsoft, WebEx, the PGA Tour, Apple Canada, BC Gas, and the Sauder School of Business (UBC).  He holds on MA (Political Science) from UBC.

Linda McIntosh has been a sales and marketing executive for over 20 years and has focused on business innovation resulting in increased sales, reduced costs and improved productivity.  As a Product Marketing Manager and Global Business Analyst for CRM Systems at FOBA Technology & Services GmbH (a Virtek Vision International company), one of her tasks was to create a global business process and implement Salesforce.com with the goal of improving customer relationships, improving productivity, making FOBA more profitable and eliminating the departmental and geographical silos.  Linda has a passion to help other companies achieve similar success.
